Hello, I’m Kristy Wood

A full-time Marriage Celebrant based in one of SA favourite towns Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula. I absolutely love what I do.

After leaving my corporate career to follow my heart, I’ve celebrated over a hundred weddings and counting each week. What I’ve learned? Every ceremony is different, but they all deserve the same mix of energy, calm presence, and care. My job is to make the planning process easy and your day feel relaxed, full of joy, and uniquely you.

When I’m not marrying couples, you’ll find me walking our dogs on the beach, camping with my husband and kids, swimming to the pontoon at horseshoe bay, in the garden, or hanging out with our friendly chooks. I live for the outdoors and that relaxed coastal vibe flows into everything I do. Also, if you come to my office you may even get a famous Port Elliot Bakery Donut of the month!

As your celebrant, I’ll bring ideas, creativity, and guidance whether you want happy tears, belly laughs, or a little of both. Together, we’ll design a ceremony that feels natural, personal, and unforgettable. I can also MC if you are looking for the seamless transition into your reception, subject to availability.
